This is the Australian Business Foundation's submission to the Framework Consultation for the selection of the National Research Priorities. This consultation was held in June 2002 by the Commonwealth Department of Education Science and Training. On 5 December 2002, the Prime Minister announced the four national research priorities and their associated priority goals.
