Dr Ken Carlaw, Associate Professor of Economics, University of British Columbia, University of Waikato

/content_images/300/Ken_Carlaw.jpgDr Kenneth I Carlaw is an Associate Professor of Economics at the University of British Columbia in Canada and University of Waikato, New Zealand. He received his PhD from Simon Fraser University, Canada in 2000 & held lecturer and senior lecturer positions at the University of Canterbury, NZ before moving to Canada in 2006.

Dr Carlaw has been an economic policy advisor and consultant to among others, Industry Canada, the New Zealand Treasury and Reserve Bank and the Australian Department of Communications, Information Technology and the Arts. He has been an invited expert speaker at forums for APEC and the OECD.
