Mehrdad Baghai is Managing Director of Alchemy Growth Partners, a boutique advisory and venture firm in Sydney. He is co-author of the international bestsellers The Alchemy of Growth and The Granularity of Growth. For the last three years, he has served as a senior advisor to Deloitte. Previously, he was a partner in McKinsey & Company’s Sydney and Toronto offices and was coleader of the firm’s global growth practice.
