All information collected online is kept securely and will only be forwarded, if required, to the fulfiller of any services you may have requested.

How can you ask for correction of information we have collected about you?

On request ABF will provide you with access to information held about you in a form or manner suitable to your reasonable needs. This information will be provided within a reasonable amount of time. Proof of ID is required before any information will be disclosed.
To correct records in relation to your ABF registration you should contact the ABF Privacy Officer (see below).

Can ABF transfer your information outside Australia?

Personal information will only be transferred outside Australia:

• Where it is for the benefit of the individual and the individual has given consent for this to be done
• To the individual concerned

Subscriptions/Logons

Some pages of this website provide the facility for users to subscribe to email mailing lists or logon to restricted access areas. To subscribe/logon to these services you must provide either a valid email address or a specific user name and password. These details will only be used for the purpose for which you have provided them and you will not be added to any other mailing lists unless you specifically request that this be done.
