AUSTRALIAN PRODUCTIVITY GROWTH - FORTHCOMING RESEARCH FROM THE AUSTRALIAN BUSINESS FOUNDATION

Commissioned by the Australian Business Foundation, research to be released on 28 November 2007 will examine the composition of productivity growth in Australia since 1995.

Undertaken by Professor Alan Hughes of the Centre for Business at the University of Cmabridge in the UK, the study will be an analysis of the economic contribution that various sectors have made to Australian productivity growth during the period 1995-2005.

Dr Matthew Steen from the Australian Business Foundation is assisting with the research.
